“…This structure derives from the CoSn structure type of FeSn by ordering of interstitial Zr atoms in half of the Sn 8 bipyramidal sites yielding a doubling of the c parameter. The most recent and detailed work on the FeeSneZr system was published by Nieva and Arias [6,7] who studied a larger composition range than the previous authors (ZreSneFe 2 Zr). In addition to the q phase, these authors discovered two other ternary intermetallic compounds named X and N, the structure of which remains unknown.…”
