“…Therefore, for a safe and stable operation of the electrical power systems, we should evaluate, analyze and predict the antijamming capability of electrical power system and relay protection equipments in strong electromagnetic interference environment, thereby make some necessary strengthening and protection, which is of important in the theoretical and practical significance. Among those experiments, the effects and the electromagnetic pulse coupled topology under the repetition pulses, especially for the fast transient electromagnetic pulse with the interval of tens of µs, has been an interesting issue for researching [1][2][3][4][5]. In fact, compared with the single pulse, the high repetition pulses are closer to actual electromagnetic pulse, like the repetition of nature lightning, a variety of over-voltage in the industrial power distribution, e.g.. Techniques of high-repetition-rate experiments mainly include the following aspects: the technology to generate repetition pulses with high power, technology for the simulation of electromagnetic radiation field and the measurement and calculation of electromagnetic field, in which the technology to generate the repetition pulses with high power is most critical.…”
