Experimental Evolution of Magnetite Nanoparticle Resistance in <em>Escherichia coli</em>

Abstract: Experimental evolution was utilized to produce 5 magnetite nanoparticle-resistant (FeNP1-5) populations of Escherichia coli. The control populations were not exposed to magnetite nanoparticles.
