Experimental determination of the wave height of the base and yarns in the tissue and a new method for measuring the tissue thickness without contact

Abstract: In many spinning and weaving processes, fibers and threads are bent. To be more precise: in the textile industry there is no technological process in which fibers, threads or textiles do not pass through a curved surface. Therefore, this article highlights the research work on a new method of contactless determination of the wave height and thickness of the warp and weft threads in the fabric using the capabilities of information and communication technologies. Experiments of research work are considered on th… Show more

“…The odds ratio value is 0.746, explaining that the risk of the workforce who has never attended training becoming unemployed is 1/0.746 = 1.340 times that of the workforce who have attended the training. This finding is in line with the results of research by Daminov et al, (2021) that providing experience abroad through training can reduce the number of unemployed, especially youth unemployment, and also the results of research by Oswald-Egg & Renold, (2021) that work experience from education and vocational training makes it easier for college graduates smoothly enter the job market so that unemployment can be reduced. One of the policies that can be applied to reduce unemployment during the pandemic is job training, as described by Tcherneva, (2022) and Fernández-Marín et al, (2022).…”

“…Consideration will also be given to the time spent on the experiment and the equipment used. Based on this and assuming the presence of a paired influence between the factors, the central compositional rotatable planning of the experiment of the second order was adopted [11][12][13]. As a result of the study, the following tasks were solved: To what extent the selected factors influence the process of thread formation, as well as controlled factors to obtain the conditions necessary for the formation and structure of the thread -it was considered how to change it.…”
