Experimental Design and Optimization of Parameters for Solution Precursor Plasma Spray Method

Abstract: In the present work, SS304 material has been taken as the substrate for the in-house prepared solution precursor deposition for preliminary process optimisation. An L16 orthogonal array is used in the Taguchi optimal method for segregating parameters for better optimal results. Microstructures with XRD as a part of non-destructive testing methods had been used to check the structural values with thermal impact and elements study.
