Abstract:Experimental work on the disinfection of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) eggs with a working solution of Iodinol (100 mg/l of active iodine) during fertilization, at the activation stage (instead of water or an activator), and subsequent swelling in a fresh solution of Iodinal for 30 minutes, does not result to increase the waste of eggs, larvae and juveniles grown in aquaculture for 3 months.
