“…To the best of our knowledge, few works have been reported in the literature on the hardening behavior and its evolution after direct friction welding. In this trajectory, Kumar et al [15] have used four temperatures (ambient, 550, 600, and 650 °C) to account for the degradation in the mechanical properties of Super 304HCu steel upon reducing the temperature.
