University students from all academic programs and institutions of higher education in Colombia are evaluated through standardized tests that measure general and specific competencies according to the academic level (professional, technical). One of these tests corresponds to the called Saber Pro, where undergraduate students from all disciplinary areas are evaluated in two modules: generic (or basic) and specific competencies, which are related to evaluation, learning and teaching. The objective of this study is to carry out an analysis of the characterization of the population and the results that took the exam in 2019. The group correspond to teachers training in academic undergraduate programs in natural sciences and environmental education. The methodology carried out was the documentary analysis of the databases where we can find the results of this test for the study of population, the analysis of the results was carried out by qualitative and quantitative approach. Seventeen universities in the country of official and private origin were found with distance and face-toface modalities; characteristics of those evaluated students were established and there was also an analysis based on the individual averages per university for the test components. The analysis of the results allowed identifying the characteristics of socio-demographics, all most of them are in vulnerable situations, the women have major access to internet and computer tools and the educational levels completed is major in the students´ mother. As for the module of generic and specific competences, the highest and lowest individual weights per university and gender were identified.

This study analyzes the actions and principles that emerged in the development of a continuing education project in a municipal school network, in light of the decolonial perspective, as a possibility of thinking about the processes from a geoepistemic place. This movement presupposes evidencing the processing of constructions and formative experiences from the perspective of teachers, exercising other ways of producing meanings, forms of understanding and knowledge. In the dialogue between universities, through collaboration with a postgraduate program in education and basic education, the main principles that lead to develop a proposal of in-service training built with the network. Based on the syntheses produced, it is evident the role of educators as teacher-intellectuals, in the production of pedagogical knowledge proper to the field of professional activity, in the creation of a privileged space of knowledge sharing and knowledge production, as well as recognizing an essentially collaborative movement among teachers, ensuring membership by voluntary adherence to the proposal.

Se muestran los resultados del diseño y validación de un Modelo de Gestión de Capital Intelectual (CI) para la calidad de IES, Colombia 2014-2016. Investigación aplicada, de carácter mixta. El abordaje cualitativo fue a partir de la confrontación de la teoría con las condiciones específicas del objeto abordado (sus características y necesidades) lo que permitió el diseño del modelo. El abordaje de los datos cuantitativos fue estadístico. Se diseñaron siete encuestas las cuales fueron validadas por expertos. Fue denominado Modelo Sistémico-Dinámico de Gestión del Capital Intelectual para la Calidad de Instituciones de Educación Superior (SIDIGCIES), su diseño estuvo fundamentado en tres teorías: la Teoría de las Organizaciones Inteligentes de Senge, la Teoría de las Capacidades Dinámicas en el Mundo Empresarial de Teece, Pisano y Shuen, y la Teoría de Creación del Conocimiento de Nonaka y Takeuchi. También se tuvieron en cuenta los lineamientos del Consejo Nacional de Acreditación (CNA) de Colombia tanto para programas como instituciones. Está estructurado por cuatro Subsistemas - Dinámicos: Talento Humano, Investigación e Innovación, Académico Administrativo y Reconocimiento Social. La validación del modelo en un programa de Medicina mostró la pertinencia de SIDIGCIES, con las exigencias establecidas a nivel nacional e internacional para la acreditación de programas y de instituciones. Se logró el diseño de 92 indicadores para la medición distribuidos en cada uno de los subsistemas y de siete instrumentos para cada uno de los actores del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje debidamente validados, contando de esta manera con herramientas fiables de medición de la gestión del capital intelectual.
