Experiences with a New Oral Mercurial Diuretic—Merpurate

Abstract: A new oral mercurial diuretic, Merpurate, was studied in dogs for chronic toxicity and in humans for effectiveness. It was found that this product was effective as a diuretic in the doses used and gave a minimal number of undesirable reactions.
