In this article, 22% of the phosphoric acid content is derived from surfactants, corrosion inhibitors and industrial waste densities that have an artificial resource and study advanced rust modifiers. Adding exterior-active substances, corrosion inhibitors and technogen resources to 22% phosphate acid. In order to create optimal composition of multi-functional rust modifications and analyzing available products with chemical and physical methods. Modern physical-chemical methods, Xray phased, IR-spectroscopic research are used. Melting diagram of 22% Н 3 РО 4 -(СН 2 ) 6 N 4 -С 5 Н 6 О 2 triple polythermal system has been investigated for the first time and modifier with new composition has been synthesized. As a result of total scientific research, the new technology of getting chemical refining modifiers from competitive multi-functional rust has been founded. Taking everything into account, results, taken on the base of studying melting level in [22% Н 3 РО 4 +78% Н 2 О] -(СН 2 ) 6 N 4 -С 5 Н 6 О 2 system, lead to the creation of new technology of getting new rust modifiers on the base of extractive phosphate acid, furfural alcohol and hexamethylenetetramine.

In recent years, studies of a number of foreign scientists have been reported on the possibility of using loess loam as the main constituent of the ceramic composition in the production of clinker brick. Loess loam is considered a common raw material. In this paper, we consider the purpose, which is research on the study and development of methods that regulate the physicochemical processes occurring in the mass of loess-like loam under the influence of temperature. As a result of these studies it will be possible to intensify thermochemical processes and achieve high-quality products with minimal energy costs. Thus, the possible chemical interactions between minerals of loess-like loam have been theoretically studied, the medium of which is given priority to the decomposition of kaolinite. To intensify the decomposition process of refractory minerals, it is recommended to use an alkali additive in an amount of up to 5%, with a weight ratio of coal.

One of the most important tasks in construction, both in technical and aesthetic aspects is to increase the durability of external walls of buildings and structures. In connection with the development of energy-efficient construction, the construction of a multilayer wall with high performance properties is increasingly used due to the use of ceramic clinker brick as a decorative protective layer. At the same time, such a brick requires high-quality raw materials and high firing temperature, which leads to a significant increase in its cost. Therefore, currently, as a decorative facade cladding is used ceramic facing brick. An important component of brick structures is also a mortar that connects the elements of the brick in the masonry. At the same time, the porous structure of ceramic face brick and cement masonry mortars leads in operation to the penetration of moisture, both in the surface and in the deeper layers of masonry, destroying it, especially in conditions of alternating temperatures; in addition, the formation of efflorescence causes a decrease in the technical and decorative properties of brick structures by neural network.
