Experience of Saving Limbs With Free Fibula Osteocutaneous Flaps

Abstract: BackgroundComplex wounds of hands and feet have always been a challenge for reconstructive surgeon. We aim to share our experience of reconstruction of such defects using free fibula osteocutaneous flaps.
