Abstract: Adjustable electric drives of the main circulation pumps of the BN-600 reactor of the Beloyarskaya NPP have a unique layout of asynchronous valve cascades (AVC). Twenty five years of successful operation of such drives prove the expediency of the use of AVC, which deserves study and application in the design of power units with BN-800 reactors.
