Vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET) is a technique that uses cars moved in cities or highways as nodes in wireless networks. Each car in these networks works as a router and allows cars in the range to communicate with each other. As a result of this movement, some cars will become out of range, but these networks can connect to the internet and the cars in these networks can connect to each other. This research proposes a unique clustering strategy to improve the performance of these networks by making their clusters more stable. One of the biggest problems these networks face is traffic data, which consumes network resources. Agent based modeling (ABM) evaluates better networks. The evaluation showed that the proposed strategy surpasses earlier techniques in reachability and throughput, but ad hoc on-demand distance vector (AODV) (on-demand/reactive) outperforms it in total traffic received since our hybrid approach needs more traffic than AODV.

This paper tackled the method for determining the number of Peterson coil which is can compensate with the capacitance because it is important in determining the state of parallel resonance, which in turn control the ground fault current and make the approximate value of the current equal to the current in the sound phases. In this way, we can protect the electrical devices and equipment from being damaged by residual current resulting from the arc due to ground fault, which increases the temperature of conductors which are to a breakdown of insulators and damaging them. Ground fault current equals three times the actual current, and its effect depends on two types of variables which are the first: the number of Peterson coils (which specify the inductance value and compensated) and second: the period time of extinguishing electric are in the ground fault. we obtain, by experimental in the lab where it using the servo motor to control the number of Peterson coils which in turn specify the variable and invariable inductance. We have obtained optimal results for the value of ground-fault current, detect the ground fault and treat it without effect of network load and without power cut off for consumer.

<span lang="EN-US">Unchecked breast cell growth is one of the leading causes of death in women globally and is the cause of breast cancer. The only method to avoid breast cancer-related deaths is through early detection and treatment. The proper classification of malignancies is one of the most significant challenges in the medical industry. Due to their high precision and accuracy, machine learning techniques are extensively employed for identifying and classifying various forms of cancer. The authors of this review studied numerous data mining algorithms and implemented them such that clinicians might use them to accurately detect cancer cells early on. This article introduces several techniques, including support vector machine (SVM), K star (K*) classifier, additive regression (AR), back propagation (BP) neural network, and Bagging. These algorithms are trained using a set of data that contains tumor parameters from breast cancer patients. Comparing the results, the authors found that SVM and Bagging had the highest precision and accuracy, respectively. Also assess the number of studies that provide machine learning techniques for breast cancer detection.</span>
