Abstract:Expansion microscopy (ExM) is popular for three-dimensional ultrastructural imaging of cultured cells and tissue slices at nanoscale resolution with conventional microscopes via physical expansion of biological tissues. However, the application of this technology to collagen-abundant thick tissues is challenging.
