Exosomal microRNAs from PBMCs stimulated with culprit drugs enhanced keratinocyte cell death in Stevens–Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis

Abstract: Background: Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis (SJS/TEN) and drug reactions with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) are both severe cutaneous adverse reactions.
