Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency in Children – Challenges in Management

Abstract: Cystic fibrosis (CF) is the leading etiology for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) in children, followed by chronic pancreatitis, Shwachman-Diamond syndrome, and other genetic disorders.
