Exhaled breath analysis in lung transplant patients diagnosed with bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome

Abstract: Background:The efficacy of lung-transplantation is limited by chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD). Currently CLAD is diagnosed via spirometry using the clinical surrogate of 'bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome' (BOS).
