Exercise's Impact on 25-Hydroxycholesterol Levels in Vitamin D Deficient Individuals

Abstract: : Deficiency of calciferol (vitamin D) contributes to the development of a number of chronic disorders. A significant frequency of metabolic syndrome, vitamin D insufficiency, and insufficiency exists throughout Asia. People in Pakistan also suffer from a lack and inadequacy of vitamin D. More and more evidence suggested that exercise may have an impact on vitamin D levels. Different exercise intensities affect vitamin D levels in people.
