Abstract:Background: Fibrinogen is proved to play a vital role in the activation of neuroinflammation. Exercise rescues the cognitive deficits due to diabetes. However, the molecular protective mechanism of exercise mediated by fibrinogen cascade following BBB leakage still remains elusive in diabetes.
