Exercise-induced oxidative stress and muscle stress protein responses in trotters

Abstract: Acute exercise induces oxidative stress and heat shock protein (HSP) expression. Information on the protection of stress proteins against oxidant insult and muscle damage during moderate exercise is scanty.
