Aceording to the measurements of STELSON et al [22] as well as PEARL-STEIN and WIr~EOLD [23], the excitation of low lying collective levels is considerable also ata neutron energy of En > 10 MeV and does not vary strongly with increasing neutron energy. The peaks corresponding to these levels appear significant in the spectrum of scattered neutrons in a broad region of mass number.…”
