“…Meanwhile, global ‘problem choice’ is the creation, definition, categorisation and pursuit of certain issues, specifically within a largely unequal global health field comprised of many Global North‐based institutions with particular aims and deliverables (Greene et al., 2013 , p. 34; see also Ziman, 1987 ).
