Examining trust between supervisors and trainees in the pediatric emergency department

Abstract: Objective Lack of trust between supervisors and trainees can have harmful consequences. Trust has been examined between physicians, patients, and staff in multiple settings but has not been examined in a bidirectional manner in the pediatric emergency department (PED).
