Examining the relationship between recruitment & selection practices and business growth: An exploratory study

Abstract: The study aims to evaluate the factors that can be incorporated into the process of selection and recruitment for business growth in Pakistan. An exploratory study based on the content analysis technique was applied to conduct this research. This study found that the performance of the employee and the procedures of selection and recruitment play a significant role in business growth.
