In the contemporary world, the Internet of Things has been utilized enormously in individual and business sectors. The purpose of the paper is to determine the prospective areas for utilizing IoT. Moreover, it also identifies the challenges and solutions of using IoT in different sectors. The study mostly employs qualitative methodologies, utilizing secondary data and articles to conduct this review article. The researcher employed the PRISMA 2020 platform to discern and select pertinent studies and reports from indexed publications such as Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, DOAJ, and others. The study used primarily secondary methods of data collection because the idea of Internet of Things technology is still relatively new and not yet used by all sectors of Bangladesh's economy. The review paper might not include pertinent research that was published in other languages or in publications that were not indexed, which could potentially introduce a bias stemming from language and ordering. From the point of implication portion, IoT would be the driving force behind the development of future wireless sensor networks, which will feature enhanced connection, intelligence, and application diversity in different sectors.

Machine learning (ML), an AI chatbot developed by OpenAI, has the potential to revolutionize medical education by aiding in locating scholarly publications, condensing them, producing automatic drafts, summarising articles, and translating information from various languages. Still ethical concerns need to be governed and closely supervised in scientific literature. ML has become a valuable tool for medical research and teaching due to its ability to generate responses that closely resemble human responses when faced with difficult medical questions. It has disadvantages such as the potential dissemination of inaccurate or prejudiced data and excessive dependence on technology in medical instruction, deteriorating analytical reasoning and clinical judgment abilities. ML can aid in various aspects of medical education, including curriculum building, tutoring, test preparation, medical research, simulation, and continuing medical education. This article explores the transformative impact of ML in the medical field, focusing on medical data analysis, rewards in medical education, enhanced diagnosis, and creative content generation. It delves into ML applications for medical learners and educators, including interactive simulations, cooperation enhancement, and clinical vignettes. The article also addresses ML's role in patient care, along with strategies, challenges, and limitations in its implementation.

The study aspires to identify the factors conditioning the adaptation of the fourth industrial revolution (4IR) within the manufacturing industries in Bangladesh, embracing Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technology led by the technology‐organizational‐environment (TOE) framework that links a number of conditioning variables in the manufacturing industries of Bangladesh. I4.0 is going to drastically change the landscape of the extended TOE framework to relate demographics with research variables for implementing I4.0 technology in a developing country. The findings of the study are analyzed using SMART PLS SEM 4.0 and SPSS 29 in order to diagnose technological contexts (IT resource availability, technology readiness, and relative advantage), organizational contexts (strategy and leadership, organizational capabilities, and technology infrastructure), and environmental contexts (market pressure, government support, and technology innovation decision making). The study's data, which were collected with a bootstrap confidence range of 95%, offered evidence in favor of both proposed mediating effects. A statistically significant indirect effect of adaptation of I4.0 technology on manufacturing/industry performance was seen in the analysis. This study is conducted to examine the mediating function of manufacturing performance, which enhances the comprehensiveness of the study. Through the application of the TOE framework, this study investigates the impact of I4.0 technology adoption on manufacturing performance. The theoretical framework of the study has been validated by the TOE model, which aims to heighten manufacturing performance by integrating I4.0. The practical implications of this study, organizations, governments, and practitioners engaged in the implementation of I4.0 technologies within developing nation contexts.
