Abstract:HIS research aims to investigate the antioxidative potential of dietary chitosan (CH) and nanochitosan (NCH) supplementation on the gene expression of pivotal antioxidant defense system components, namely SOD (superoxide dismutase) and CAT (catalase) genes.
