Examining the feasibility of integrating pupillometry measures of listening effort into clinical audiology assessments

Abstract: Pure-tone thresholds are often a poor predictor of hearing difficulties experienced by patients in audiology clinics. Approximately 25 million Americans may experience hearing difficulties despite having audiometric thresholds within normal limits.
