Abstract:In agriculture, the possibility of climatic hazards negatively impacting small farmers’ livelihood is high. Thus, there are reasons to contend that climate vulnerabilities could determine economic behaviour. This paper investigates whether discounting behaviour varies with exposure to natural hazards.
