Examining Factors, Strategies, and Processes to Decrease Physical Therapy Turnover Rates in Acute Care Hospitals: A Review of the Literature

Abstract: A review of the literature was performed to understand trends, patterns, and strategies to improve retention of physical therapists in acute care hospitals.
