Abstract:This article describes the application of the helicoidal tomography for the study of mediastinal and pulmonal affections by small animals. The global presentation is completed by clinical cases that show the interest in this technic. A thymoma, a chronic pleuresia due to thorns and a mediastinal cranio-dorsal neoplasia provoking only lameness signs will be presentated in details.
