Ex Vivo Sleeve Lobectomy and Autotransplantation After Chemoradiation

Abstract: A 51-year-old man presented to us for potential salvage surgery for local recurrence of a squamous cell carcinoma originating in the left lower lobe after definitive chemoradiotherapy. Salvage sleeve lower lobectomy was initially planned; however, intraoperatively the interlobar pulmonary artery was difficult to separate from the bronchus.
