Evolving Fibrinolytic Option in the Management of Second Stage of Empyema

Abstract: Background: Intrapleural fibrinolytics installation is considered an alternative method to aggressive operative intervention. This conservative medical management may decrease morbidity and mortality that were recorded with surgery.
