Evolutionary Dynamics of hAT DNA Transposon Families in Saccharomycetaceae

Abstract: Transposable elements (TEs) are widespread in eukaryotes but uncommon in yeasts of the Saccharomycotina subphylum, in terms of both host species and genome fraction.
