Abstract:Wegener's granulomatosis (Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis) is an autoimmune granulomatous disorder of unknown etiology. The basic pathology is necrotizing granulomatous inflammation with necrotizing vasculitis involving medium-sized blood vessels.
