Semiconductor industry as a measure of a country's light industry level, has its own development history. This article will give a systematic account of the history of the technology used to produce integrated circuits on chips used in silicon electronics, as well as concepts and solutions to power consumption problems, for those who want to enter this industry. In the former case, we will quote data and compare and analyze them to highlight the characteristics of the development over a certain period. For the latter, we will argue and explain more from the principle point of view.
