Abstract:Hyperprolactinemia has multiple etiologies and is the most common endocrine manifestation of pathology of the hypothalamic-pituitary axis. Hyperprolactinemic hypogonadism is of great scientific interest due to the prevalence of endocrine pathology in the reproductive period and its effect on metabolic processes.
