Evolution of lipidome remodeling in different chill-sensitive peach varieties induced by low temperature

Abstract: Low temperature (LT)-induced membrane lipid metabolism resulted in different degrees of chilling injury (CI) in five different chill-sensitive peach varieties. Among them, ‘Chibaifen’ peaches had the most serious occurrence of CI and the strongest cold sensitivity by having the largest up- and down-regulated numbers of phosphatidylcholine (PC) and triacylglycerol (TAG) components and maintaining higher levels of fold change, peak area abundance and unsaturation of TAG components induced by LT.
