“Evolution” of intravascular leiomyomatosis

Abstract: Background Intravenous leiomyomatosis (IVL) is a rare and specific type of smooth muscle tumor that is histologically benign but has a malignant biological behavior. It is commonly associated with a history of uterine leiomyomas.
