Abstract:Structural, chemical, and microstructural changes in lithium aluminum silicate glass during ceramming are tracked by in‐situ impedance spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The glass’ electric and dielectric properties are found to evolve during the ceram cycle.
