“…The introduction of the English Copyright Act of 1911 (hereinafter referred to as CA 1911), in Nigeria made very little impact on the ordinary Nigerian's day to day life and this was probably due to cultural differences between the people that originated the CA of 1911 and those to whom it was now being applied in Nigeria.
