Evolución de los pacientes pediátricos con diagnóstico de hidronefrosis que consultaron al Hospital Universitario San Vicente Fundación, Medellín, Colombia, entre 1960 y 2010

Abstract: INTRODUCCION La hidronefrosis es una de las malformaciones congénitas más comúnmente detectadas en la ecografía prenatal. Los casos moderados y graves a menudo están asociados a obstrucción pieloureteral, valvas de uretra posterior y reflujo vesicoureteral (RVU).
