Abstract:La protrusión del contenido abdominal, de asas intestinales, a través del órgano genital femenino es una complicación rara a nivel mundial. Se reporta la presentación clínica de dos casos de evisceración vaginal, el proceso diagnóstico y el manejo quirúrgico. La evisceración vaginal tiene una incidencia del 0.032% después de una operación. Por mucho tiempo se ha sugerido realizar una laparotomía media inmediata.
