Abstract: Evidence for a systemic embryotoxic effect of early luteal regression in the ewe. Beth A. Costine Experiments were performed to determine if a short-lived corpus luteum was embryotoxic in ewes given supplemental progesterone and the route of transfer of embryotoxic products.
