Event-Triggered Consensus Control for Linear Multi-Agent Systems

Abstract: For the consensus problem of multi-agent systems with linear dynamics, distributed eventtriggered control strategies are put forward, which can decrease the frequency of information transmissions between agents and the number of control inputs of each agent. In the case that the agent states can be obtained or outputs can be obtained, distributed consensus protocols are designed based on event-triggered state information and event-triggered observer information, respectively. The consensus problem is converted… Show more

“…In the past years, some results were reported for the consensus of multi-agent systems under switched topologies in, e.g., [14]- [20]. The event-triggered consensus of multi-agent systems was introduced in [21]- [23]. According to [24]- [26], consensus-based power dispatch in the smart grid is an important application of consensus computation by multi-agent systems.…”
