Abstract:The evapotranspiration consists of counting all the water on the surface of the earth lost to the atmosphere, through evaporation and transpiration. The evapotranspiration can be estimated from evaporimeters and lysimeters (direct methods) and empirical and semi-empirical models (indirect methods).
