Evaluations for transponder utilizations of two active–standby banks in CD-ROADM optical networks with traffic grooming

Abstract: Reconfigurable optical add/drop multiplexers (ROADMs) are being widely deployed by network carriers in transparent optical networks to increase dynamicity and flexibility.
