Abstract:Microalgae, a kind of conventional bait for bivalves, can increase the cost of shellfish aquaculture. On this basis, Ruditapes philippinarum spat was selected to evaluate the feasibility of using photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) and marine yeasts as microalgae substitutes.
