Abstract:Studies were conducted to determine the yield potential, vitamins and heavy metals concentrations of Pleurotus pulmonarius (Fries) Quell. fruit bodies cultivated on different wood logs. Pure mycelium culture of P. pulmonarius was aseptically multiplied using sorghum grains.
