One of the most important criteria for assessing a library is the level of satisfaction its users express with the service they get. The extent to which the library is able to anticipate user needs and integrate such predictions into collection development is a crucial aspect in influencing the level of satisfaction users have with the library's service. As a general concept, "user satisfaction" refers to how satisfied users are with a service or product they have used; as a more specific term, "library user satisfaction," it is used to describe how happy library patrons are with the library's collection and services. The study used a descriptive survey technique with a sample size of 288 postgraduate students randomly selected from four different Federal Universities in Northeast Nigeria. The data was collected by closed-ended questionnaire, and the resulting psychometrics include a CRV=1 and r-coefficient of 0.83. Frequency counts and percentages, together with chi-square tests at the 0.05 significance level, were used to examine the data. The study established that graduate students asked reference librarians for the same types of information but were dissatisfied with the level of service they received from librarians at their respective institutions. The results reveal a linear correlation between all the factors; therefore, it stands to reason that the chosen universities have the same information needs and levels of user satisfaction.

Resources in the university library as learning resources are one of the primary services that promote learning and research to improve university productivity. At present, users find it difficult to access e-resources and require assistance in finding them. When using the system, users felt frustrated, confused, and lost. The e-resources services system on library websites, on the other hand, lacks sociability and a sense of human warmth. Sociability and a sense of human warmth can be integrated into the website interface, which may evoke the sensation of being with an actual individual, even if the service is provided online. This study investigated the social presence aspects that can be implemented in the library's e-resources system. The purpose of this study is to elicit social presence features that can be implemented in the design of e-resource interfaces on library websites. The methods used in this study are in three phases: a) web content analysis from twelve university library interfaces designed in several countries; b) interviews with library staff; and c) assessment by a questionnaire of library website users. Website content analysis was used to investigate elements that offer many unique features to support the implementation of social presence through the e-resources interface. An interview was used to validate elements that were found in the web content analysis, and a questionnaire phase was used to assess the user requirements for these social presence elements. The results of empirical studies show that users need some elements of social presence, such as comments, chat, ratings, voice, personalized welcome in library accounts, tools, preference language, links for reference managers, and social media, as well as ease of access such as readable help font, color, and font size.

The study is aims to provide the single author analysis evaluating the scientific contributions of Dubochet in chemistry, who is a recipient of the Nobel Prize in the field of Chemistry in 2017. He has published 97 publications with 5672 citations during his scientific career. Most of the publications have resulted in collaboration which accounts for 86. Biochemistry is one of his most favoured domain in which he has published 48 publications; most active collaborators are Stasiak, A with22 publications, Adrian, M13, Bednar, J11, Furrer, P10 publications. Journal articles are the most common channel of communication, where he published 65 publications of 97. His research picks top speed in the year 2009, where he has published nine publications, his H-index accounts for 43. Finally paper concluded that Dubochet J contribution in the field of “Cryo-electron microscopy” high-resolution structure determination of biomolecules in solution. The study is compiled to prove the Dubochet J as a source of information for upcoming researchers, fellow scientists in chemistry and Library and Information centres.
