Abstract:Background: Plasmodium vivax transmission-blocking vaccines (TBVs) have received high attention. PVX_098655 (PvPH) and PVX_101120 (PvSOP26) were predicted to be potential TBV antigens based on the studies of their orthologs in Plasmodium berghei.
